Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Champion Car Care. If you need to return an item, we're here to help make the process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Timeframe: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Proof of Purchase: You'll need to provide the original receipt or other proof of purchase to initiate a return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team by phone at (704) 664-1155 or by email at pitstop@championcarcompany.com to request a return authorization.
- Return Instructions: We'll provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to ship the item back to us.
Refunds:
- Full Refunds: If your return meets all the eligibility criteria, you'll receive a full refund for the product price.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns. We'll let you know if this fee is applicable when you initiate the return.
- Free Shipping Items: If the returned item was originally shipped with free shipping, the actual outgoing shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
- Special Orders: Special orders or custom-made items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Processing Time: We aim to process orders within one business day (Monday-Friday).
- Shipping Time: Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping within the lower 48 states typically takes 1-5 business days, but may take longer for remote areas or during peak holiday seasons.
- Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS, but may also use UPS, FedEx Ground, or freight carriers for larger items.
- Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within the lower 48 states of the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Additional Information:
- Order Verification: To protect against fraud, we may contact you to verify your order if billing information doesn't match your credit card records.
- Delays & Undeliverable Packages: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers. Undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
